Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to add preferred members to the automation system for monthly messaging, ensuring effective communication with VIP members.

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Navigate to Contacts 0:31

  • Go to the 'Contacts' section in your system.

  • Ensure you have uploaded your preferred members list. If not, refer to the knowledge base for guidance.

 

Step 2: Select All Contacts 1:01

  • Confirm that the selection changes to 'unselect' to ensure all contacts are selected.

 

Step 3: Trigger Automation 1:13

  • Click on 'Trigger Automation'.

  • Name the automation (e.g., 'Preferred Member September'). This helps in tracking.

 

Step 4: Choose Workflow 1:32

Step 5: Add to Preferred Member Follow-Up 2:07
