Adjusting Customer Loyalty Points in Lead Connector App

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to adjust a customer's loyalty points using the Lead Connector app.

Key Steps

 

1. Open Lead Connector App 0:00

  • Launch the Lead Connector app on your device.

  • Locate the icon that represents a person on the lower right-hand side of the screen.

 

2. Search for Customer 0:10

  • Use the search function to find the customer by entering their:

    • Name

    • Full phone number

    • Email address

  • Select the customer's name from the search results.

 

3. Access Loyalty Points Folder 0:25

  • Once on the customer's profile, look for the folder labeled 'Loyalty Points'.

  • Click on this folder to view the current points.

 

4. Edit Points 0:35

  • Click the edit button to modify the number of loyalty points.

  • Change the points to the desired amount (e.g., adjust to 6 points).

 

5. Save Changes 0:46

  • After making the adjustments, click 'Save' in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  • Ensure that the points are saved correctly.

  • Go to the notifications tab located on the lower left-hand side of the app.

  • Check for a notification confirming that the points have been adjusted.
