Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to access the admin portal, including logging in and recovering credentials if necessary.

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Access the Admin Portal 0:00

  • Locate the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

  • Click on 'Admin Portal'.

  • Ensure you have your associated email address ready for login.

 

Step 2: Log In to the Portal 0:30

  • Enter your email address and associated pin code.

  • Click on 'Login to Portal'.

  • If you enter incorrect credentials, you will be redirected to an error page.

 

Step 3: Retry Login if Necessary 0:59

  • If redirected, re-enter the correct email and pin code.

  • Ensure that both are entered correctly to avoid further errors.

 

Step 4: Recover Credentials if Forgotten 1:19

  • If you cannot remember your login credentials, click on 'Forgot Login'.

  • A notification will be sent to your Lead Connector app with your login information.

 

Step 5: Check Notification for Credentials 2:28

  • Open your Lead Connector app.

  • Look for the notification that contains your login credentials.

Cautionary Notes

  • Double-check your email and pin code for accuracy before attempting to log in.

  • If you receive multiple error messages, ensure that your account is not locked due to too many failed attempts.

  • Keep your login credentials stored securely in a password manager for easy access.

  • Regularly update your credentials to maintain security.
