This SOP outlines the steps to access the admin portal, including logging in and recovering credentials if necessary.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access the Admin Portal 0:00

Locate the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

Click on 'Admin Portal'.

Ensure you have your associated email address ready for login.
Step 2: Log In to the Portal 0:30

Enter your email address and associated pin code.

Click on 'Login to Portal'.

If you enter incorrect credentials, you will be redirected to an error page.
Step 3: Retry Login if Necessary 0:59

If redirected, re-enter the correct email and pin code.

Ensure that both are entered correctly to avoid further errors.
Step 4: Recover Credentials if Forgotten 1:19

If you cannot remember your login credentials, click on 'Forgot Login'.

A notification will be sent to your Lead Connector app with your login information.
