This SOP outlines the steps to manage coupon redemption issues when a customer is unable to scan the QR code or experiences a glitch.
Key Steps
Step 1: Search for Customer's Name 0:16

Navigate to the search bar.

Enter the customer's name to locate their opportunity card.
Step 2: Change the Stage of the Opportunity 0:26

Click on 'View Opportunity' on the customer's opportunity card.

Change the stage from 'Open' to 'Successful Re-invitation.'
Step 3: Update the Opportunity 0:38

Click 'Update' to finalize the changes.

A thank you message will be sent to the customer, and the coupon will be marked as invalid.
Step 4: Alternative Method from Dashboard 0:46

Go to the dashboard and find the sidebar labeled 'Opportunities.'

Select the drop-down menu and choose 'Re-invitation.'
Step 5: Drag Opportunity to Redeem Coupon 0:57

Search for the customer's name in the re-invitation section.

Drag the opportunity from 'Open' to 'Successful Re-invitation' to trigger the coupon redemption.
