Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to create, send, and manage appreciation coupons for customers in the admin portal.

Key Steps

✅ Adding Coupons

Step 1: Access the Admin Portal 0:00

  • Go to the admin portal.

  • Click on your logo in the middle to navigate to the coupons section.

 

Step 2: Set Up the Appreciation Coupon 0:16

  • Locate the appreciation coupons section.

  • Set the value of the coupon (e.g., free shake).

  • Write a short message (keep it to one paragraph without line breaks).

  • Select an expiration date that is in the future.

 

Step 3: Update the Coupon 0:51

  • After setting the value and message, click 'Change Coupon' to save your updates.

 

Step 4: Select Loyalty Members 1:09

  • Navigate to the contacts section and click on 'Loyalty Members'.

  • Ensure all loyalty members are selected (check for multiple pages if necessary).

 

Step 5: Trigger Automation to Send Coupons 1:33

  • Click 'Trigger Automation'.

  • Enter a name for the automation (e.g., 'Appreciation Coupon').

  • In the workflow section, type 'add' and select 'Add to Appreciation Coupon'.

 

Step 6: Verify Coupon Sent 2:18

  • Check a customer record to confirm they received the coupon with the correct message and expiration date.

 

🚫 Removing Coupons

Step 7: Remove Existing Coupons 5:09

  • Go back to the contacts section and click on 'Loyalty Members'.

  • Click 'Trigger Automation' and type 'remove'.

  • Select 'Remove Appreciation Coupon' from the options.

 

Step 8: Confirm Coupon Removal 6:23

  • Verify the coupon has been removed by checking the conversations tab for deleted opportunities.

 

Step 9: Check Coupon Status 6:40

  • Navigate to the opportunities tab to view coupon redemptions.

  • Use advanced filters to check for active, redeemed, or removed coupons.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure the expiration date is always set to a future date; otherwise, the coupon will not work.

  • Avoid using line breaks in the message to prevent it from appearing blank.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Regularly check the opportunities tab to manage coupon statuses effectively.

  • Use clear and consistent naming conventions for automations to easily identify them later.
