Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to assist customers who are experiencing issues with QR codes and referral links due to using a private browser tab.

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Identify the Issue 0:00

  • Confirm with the customer that they are seeing a message indicating they are using a private browser tab.

  • Explain that this may prevent them from accessing their QR code or referral link.

 

Step 2: Instruct on Page Refresh 0:16

  • Ask the customer to locate the sentence that says "not seeing the right amount of points tap here" at the top of the page.

  • Instruct them to click on this sentence to refresh the page.

 

Step 3: Enter Phone Number 0:22

  • Once the page refreshes, guide the customer to enter their phone number in the provided field.

  • Instruct them to click on the button labeled "check my points."

 

Step 4: Verify Functionality 0:29

  • After the customer clicks the button, confirm that their QR code and referral link are now visible.

  • Ensure they can share their nutrition club with others.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure the customer understands the importance of switching from private browsing to normal mode for optimal functionality.

  • Remind them that refreshing the page is crucial for loading the correct information.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Encourage customers to bookmark the normal mode link for future access.

  • Suggest they clear their browser cache if issues persist after following these steps.
