This SOP outlines the steps to dispute a negative Google review using the Lead Connector app, aiming to improve the business's online reputation.

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Access the Lead Connector App 0:15

  • Open the Lead Connector app on your device.

  • Navigate to the menu located in the upper left-hand corner.
