Exporting Loyalty Member Contacts

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to export a list of loyalty members and their points from the contact management system.

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Access Loyalty Member Smart List 0:01

  • Navigate to the Contacts section.

  • Select the Loyalty Member Smart List.

  • Ensure the list indicates 'Loyalty Members' and contains fewer entries than the 'All Contacts' list.

 

Step 2: Select All Loyalty Members 0:20

  • Locate the checkbox next to the contact names.

  • Check the box to select the loyalty members.

  • Immediately click on Select All to ensure all members across multiple pages are included.

 

Step 3: Export the Selected Contacts 0:30

  • Click on the Export button.

  • Confirm the export by clicking Export again.

 

Step 4: Monitor Export Progress 0:49

  • A pop-up will appear with options to Dismiss or Check Progress.

  • Click on Check Progress to view the status of your export.

 

Step 5: Download the Exported File 0:57

  • Once the export is complete, locate the latest export item at the top of the list.

  • Click the Download button to save the file to your computer.

 

Step 6: Access the Downloaded File 1:04

  • Open the downloaded file directly from the browser (if using Google Chrome) or navigate to your downloads folder.

  • Open the file to view the list of loyalty members, including their first name, last name, phone number, email, and reward points.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access and export loyalty member data.

  • Double-check that you are in the correct smart list to avoid exporting the wrong contacts.

  • Regularly check for updates in the contact management system to ensure you are using the latest features.

  • Familiarize yourself with keyboard shortcuts for quicker navigation.
