1. Access Contacts 0:00

• Navigate to the 'Contacts' section.

• Look for the 'Bulk Actions' option at the top, next to 'Smart List'.

2. View Scheduled Text Blasts 0:16

• Click on 'Bulk Actions' to see all operations and scheduled text blasts.

• This area will display the history and delivery rates of your text messages.

3. Check Details of a Specific Text Blast 0:25

• Identify the latest text blast (e.g., Halloween Week).

• Note the creation and completion dates.

4. Analyze Delivery Statistics 0:40

• Click on the chart icon to view statistics.

• Check how many people were sent the message and how many were skipped (e.g., due to 'Do Not Disturb' settings).

• Click the 'X' to exit the chart view.

• Use the three dots under 'Actions' to select 'View Details'.

• Preview the message and see the final count of recipients.
