The Lead Connector App (used by FloLoyal partners) just received a major update that changes the look and layout of the mobile experience. Here’s what you need to know:

🏠 New Dashboard

• The app now opens to a dashboard view showing key business insights at a glance.

• FloLoyal is working to integrate daily visits and other Nutrition Club metrics into this dashboard soon.

• You’ll still find your notification bell in the top-right corner — tap it to see all live updates as usual.

✅ Tasks

• A new Tasks section will highlight opportunities such as:

  • Wellness evaluations

  • Challenge follow-ups

  • Potential customer check-ins

   

• Expect task numbers to grow throughout the day — perfect for daily or weekly follow-ups as part of your DMO (Daily Method of Operation).

💰 Pipeline & Metrics

• Pipeline Value currently remains at $0, but future updates aim to track:

  • Average customer spend

  • Total transactions

  • Revenue insights

   

💬 Conversations & Messages

• Unread messages now appear directly on your dashboard for quick access.

• The Conversations tab still includes:

  • Team Inbox: shared messages across your club or team.

  • My Inbox: messages assigned to you.

  • Internal Chat: direct messages between team members for coordination or updates.

   

📌 Customizable Pinned Apps

• Tap the “Pinned Apps” section to customize what shortcuts appear on your home screen.

• Commonly pinned items include:

  • Social Planner (for social media posts)

  • Reputation (for Google Reviews)

  • Media Storage (for uploading photos/videos)

   

• You can also pin the Notifications button for even faster access.

• Appointments & Calendars: coming soon to help track wellness evaluations and bookings.

• Use the search bar to find anything—contacts, posts, notifications, etc.

• All existing features (like viewing or adjusting loyalty points) still work the same.

• Nothing is missing — just a new look and better organization.
