Objective
This SOP explains how to locate, purchase, and confirm ownership of a website domain through the platform settings. It ensures the domain is bought correctly and paid for using the account wallet.
Key Steps
1. Open Settings and Locate Domain Management 0:00

In the platform, navigate to Settings in the lower-left corner.

Scroll to find Domains and URL Redirects.

Review this section to see any active domains currently owned by the account.
2. Start the Domain Purchase or Transfer Process 0:20

Select Purchase / Transfer Domain.

Enter the domain name you want to buy for your website.

Use the search function to check whether the domain is available.
3. Review Availability and Pricing 0:28

Confirm the domain is available before proceeding.

Review the displayed price for the domain.

Note that the cost shown is a yearly charge, not a monthly charge.

If needed, choose a longer registration period to reduce the risk of future disruption.
4. Accept Terms and Complete Payment 0:51

Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.

Click Pay to complete the purchase.

The payment will be deducted from the account’s SMS wallet.
5. Confirm Wallet Usage and Finalize 0:58

Verify that the wallet has sufficient funds before purchasing.

Remember the wallet can be used for more than domains, including:

Other platform purchases
