QR Code Coupon Redemption Procedure
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to scan a QR code for coupon redemption, ensuring accurate validation of customer coupons.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access the Coupon 0:15

Ensure the customer has signed up for the loyalty program and received their coupon.

The customer will tap on the link to access the coupon page where the QR code is displayed.
Step 2: Scan the QR Code 0:32

When the customer shows you their phone with the QR code, scan the QR code using your device.

Tap the link to be redirected to the coupon validation page.
Step 3: Verify Customer Information 0:38

Check that the customer's phone number is visible on the validation page.

If the phone number is missing, ask the customer for their full phone number.
Step 4: Enter Your PIN Code 1:07

Enter your 4-digit pin code to validate the coupon.

Ensure the pin code is correct to avoid errors.
Step 5: Notification of Validation 1:14

If the pin code is incorrect, you will receive a notification on LeadConnector with the correct pin code.

Use this notification to try again.
Step 6: Successful Redemption 2:02

If the validation is successful, you will see a green screen.

Proceed to enter the promotion into your POS system.

If the customer returns to redeem the coupon again, repeat the scanning process.

If the coupon has already been redeemed, you will see a message indicating the coupon is not valid.
