Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to effectively send a text blast using the Snippets feature, ensuring messages are personalized and scheduled correctly.
Key Steps
1. Navigate to Conversations 0:00

Open the application and go to the Conversations tab.

Locate the black box labeled Snippets at the top.
2. Access Snippets Page 0:09

Click on the Snippets box to be redirected to the Snippets page.
3. Create a New Snippet 0:48

Click on the flashing blue box and select New Snippet.

Choose Add Text Snippet to open the snippet creation box.
4. Personalize Your Message 1:03

Name your snippet (e.g., Customer Appreciation Day).

Write a personalized message using the contact's first name by selecting the contact tag next to the smiley face.

Complete your message (e.g., "Hello [First Name], it's going to be Customer Appreciation Day on 12/12/2025. We want you there!").

Optionally, add an attachment (e.g., an image) to your message.

Use the test snippet feature by entering your phone number and sending a test message to ensure it appears correctly.

Navigate to the Contacts tab and select Loyalty Members.

Use the checkbox to select all contacts, ensuring you have more than eight members.
