Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to access and set double point days in the admin portal for any day of the week.

Key Steps

Step 1: Log into Admin Portal 0:01

• Open your web browser and navigate to the admin portal.

• Enter your login credentials to access your account.

Step 2: Access Club Flows 0:31

• Once logged in, locate the 'Club Flows' option in the lower right-hand side of the screen.

• Click on 'Club Flows,' select 'Loyalty Boosters,' then select 'Double Point Days' to proceed.

Step 3: Check Current Double Point Day 1:01

• Observe the area labeled with the current day (e.g., Tuesday).

• If nothing is selected, it indicates that double points are set to occur by default on Tuesday.

Step 4: Select Desired Day and Update 1:12

• Choose the day of the week you want to set for double points.

• After selecting the day, click on the 'Update Double Point Day' button to save your changes.

Step 5: Wait for Changes to Take Effect 1:25

• Be aware that changes may take up to 5 minutes to take effect.

• After this period, the new double point day should be active.

• Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the admin portal and make changes.

• Double-check the selected day before updating to avoid errors.
